Gene was more than just my brother in law, he was my friend. I'll always remember him for his special smile, generousity and how he remained positive and upbeat, even with his recent health issues. Luckily for me, I also have great memories of us skiing together in VT, climbing 5,269 foot Mt Katadhin in Maine, biking up and around Newport RI and our trips along the 50 mile mid Cape Cod rail trail.
In addition, our children, Sarah and Matthew, have many fond memories of him and how kind, gentle and caring he always was to them. We were all blessed to have known Gene and will never forget him
