Dear Marilyn, Maureen, and Monica,
I am so sorry for your loss. Like Fred, I have many fond memories of your mother and father--sitting outside under the big tree in your yard, watching my parents dance at your weddings, the party your folks had for my folks on their 25th anniversary, and your parents fun visits to Massachusetts and how their laughter filled our house. We are blessed people to have warm and happy memories of past family gatherings. I am sorry that I was not able to attend your mother's funeral, but I will offer a mass at my parish for both of your parents.
Happily, they are now reunited in the radiant company of the angels and saints!
