We've known Bert since we moved into the house on Carley St. in which she grew up ( 25 yr) - so we were so sorry to hear of her passing. She was always ready to treat the kids from our street on Halloween and over the years, we'd chat whenever we saw each other outdoors. Our sympathies go to the entire family.
