She was an avid flower & vegetable gardener and amateur bird watcher, often tending to her feeders. Julie was a talented artist, creating many paintings and drawings throughout the years. Despite her many setbacks, Julie was an absolute optimist; she used her smile, sense of humor and positive outlook to inspire all who knew her. Her passion was her family, she was forever devoted to her daughters and companion of 35 years. In addition to her father, Ralph and companion, John, she is survived by her devoted daughters, Stephanie P. Kowal of SC and Jaclyn A.
