Obituary of Theodora Mazepa

Theodora “Daisy” Mazepa, age 95 of Ansonia, beloved wife of the late John Mazepa, Jr., died peacefully on April 21, 2020 at the Shady Knoll Health Care Center, Seymour. Mrs. Mazepa was born in Seymour on September 11, 1924 and was a lifelong Valley resident. She enjoyed cooking, crocheting and spending time with family. She is survived by a son, William G. “Muzze” Mazepa of Ansonia; four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by a son, Richard Mazepa and ten brothers and sisters. Funeral services will be private.
