Obituary of Ann Marie Rak

 Ann Marie Rak, age 85 of Woodbridge, beloved wife of the late Joseph Rak, died peacefully on August 4, 2018, at Maplewood Assisted Living of Orange. Born in Derby on October 12, 1932, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Mary J. Obremski Skypack. She loved her children and grandchildren. Ann attended every baseball, basketball, football, soccer and softball game of her children and grandchildren. She was a devote Catholic and a member of Our Lady of The Assumption Church in Woodbridge. Mrs. Rak worked for Blue Cross Blue Shield Insurance Co. for 10 years, until her retirement in 1995.  She is survived by her devoted children, Walter Rak and his wife Penny of Mooresville, North Carolina, Mary Moulder and her husband Brian of Orange, Connecticut and Josie Eschweiler and her husband Ken of Orange, Connecticut, as well as her cherished grandchildren, Ashley and Danielle Rak, Justin Moulder and Joseph and Abigail Eschweiler. The family would like give a special thank you to the entire staff at Maplewood Assisted Living and Constellation Hospice, as well as her personal caregiver Grace.
