Obituary of Patricia Czesnowski

Patricia Ann Czesnowski, age 66, of Bridgeport, died peacefully on August 4, 2013, at St. Vincent's Medical Center. Born in Bridgeport on December 24, 1946, she was the daughter of the late Amelia Fillion. Previously of Trumbull and a longtime resident of Shelton, Ms. Czesnowski worked as a secretary for many years until the time of her retirement. She enjoyed her family, especially being a grandmother and was avid animal lover. She is survived by her devoted daughter, Shari-Ann Cayer and her husband, Jeff of Shelton and son, Glenn Czesnowski and his wife, Mary of Norwalk; cherished grandchildren, Anthony Czesnowski of Shelton, Allison & Jessica Nielsen and Austin & Tyler Cayer, all of Shelton. In addition to her mother, she was predeceased by her former spouse, Richard H. Czesnowski. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, August 18, 2013 at 7:00 PM in the Wakelee Memorial Funeral Home, 167 Wakelee Ave., Ansonia. Private interment will take place in Riverside Cemetery, Shelton. Family and friends may call on Sunday, from 4:00 to 7:00 PM prior to the service.
