Obituary of Barbara Wargo

WARGO-Barbara Jean Wargo, age 40, of Seymour, died January 31, 2013 at Griffin Hospital. Born in Bridgeport on March 30, 1972, she was the beloved daughter of Katherine "Kaycee" Toothill Wargo of Bridgeport and the late Raymond J. Wargo. Ms. Wargo worked as a waitress for Tucker's Café in Fairfield for many years. She enjoyed gardening and anything that involved spending time with family like game night and picnics. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her cherished children, Jonathan C. Wargo and Ashley A. Koundry of Ansonia; a beloved companion, Ron Hessels and his children, Ronnie and Jaime Hessels, all of Seymour; sister Donna Wargo of Bridgeport, sister and brother- in- law Sharon and Edward Rodko of Shelton; nieces, Amber Phillips of Ansonia, Caitlin and Megan Rodko, both of Shelton; nephew, Ryan Rodko of Shelton; as well as many aunts, uncles, and cousins. In addition to her father, she was predeceased by her beloved son, Pvt. Timothy W. Koundry, USMC. Funeral Services, Meeting directly at church, will be held on Wednesday, February 6, 2013 at 10:00 AM in the Olivet Congregational Church, 2102 Main Street, Bridgeport. Interment will be private. Family and friends may call on Tuesday, February 5, 2013 from 4:00 to 7:00 PM in the Wakelee Memorial Funeral Home, 167 Wakelee Ave., Ansonia.
