Obituary of Ruth O'Brien

O'Brien- Ruth B. O'Brien, age 86, beloved wife of James B. O'Brien of Hollywood, FL, died peacefully in her home on November 26, 2011. Born in Waterbury on April 10, 1925, she was the daughter of the late Horace and Ruth Dennison Baker. Mrs. O'Brien was a home maker and long time resident of Watertown before moving to Florida 48 years ago. In addition to her husband of 59 years, she is survived by her devoted children, James B. O'Brien, Jr. of FL, Patricia Aesif and her husband, Joseph of Watertown, and Karen Welsh of FL; brothers, George Baker of MD, Kenneth Baker of MA and Arthur Baker of ME ; cherished grandchildren, Scott Aesif of Washington DC, Michael Aesif of Watertown, Melissa Cope and her husband, Craig of Waterbury, Nicole and Jaime Welsh of FL and James O'Brien IV of Florida; great-grandchildren, Liam and Mae Cope of Waterbury.
