To Silvana's family - I am so deeply sorry for your loss. Silvana was a good friend and classmate of mine; we met when she entered the 5th grade at Lincoln School in Derby and continued our friendship throughout our years at Derby High. Although we lost touch after high school, I ran into her from time to time and it was always such a joy to see her. We re-connected via Facebook several years ago and stayed in touch since. I will always remember her for her thousand-watt smile, her hilarious sense of humor and her beautiful singing voice. She was a treasure. My sincerest condolences to Silvana's family especially her children and grandchildren. I loved the tribute video because it showed Silvana's beautiful smile. She was one of my oldest friends and she had a heart of gold. She loved her family. She was a wonderful wife, mother and a great Nonna. May she rest in peace with her beloved Frank.
