Obituary of Marcel Mengue-Ngoumou

Marcel Mengue-Ngoumou, age 32 of Ansonia, entered eternal rest on May 8, 2023. Born in Libreville, Estuaire, Gabon, Africa on May 14, 1990; Marcel was a son, a brother, a father, and loved by many. He was very friendly and loved spending time with his friends. Over the course of his life, Marcel made many friends, and most would describe him as always willing to help those in need. He was a caring individual and touched the lives of many. In addition to his parents, Louis and Sinforosa, Marcel is survived by a brother, three sisters, and an 8-year-old daughter.

A Mass of Christian Burial, meeting directly at church, will be celebrated on Monday, June 12, 2023 at 10:00 AM in Holy Rosary Church, 10 Father Salemi Drive, Ansonia, CT. Interment will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery, Ansonia. The Wakelee Memorial Funeral Home, 167 Wakelee Avenue, Ansonia, is in care of arrangements.
