Obituary of Urszula Przydzial

Urszula Przydzial, age 46, beloved wife of Edward R. Przydzial of Naugatuck, died peacefully in her home on September 13, 2023, surrounded by her loving family. Born in Kolbuszowa, Poland on March 26, 1977, she was the daughter of the late Jan Wasik and Eugenia Polek Wasik of Naugatuck.  At the age of 21, Urszula emigrated to the United States in 1998 and has since been a valley resident.  She worked as a talented hairstylist for many years, however her true passion was her family.    She will be long remembered for her special love for her children and family. In addition to her husband of 20 years, she is survived by her cherished children, Edward R. Przydzial, Jr. and Brianna U. Przydzial both of Naugatuck; twin brother, Artur Wasik and his wife, Agnieszka of Wallingford; mother and father in-laws, Ryszard and Zofia Mlynek Przydzial of Shelton; sisters-in-law, Dorota (Albert) Perreault of Naugatuck and Renata Przydzial of Stratford; nieces, Kaylee and Emily Wasik of Wallingford; Godmother, Maria Drobina and her husband, Mieczyslawz of Beacon Falls; uncle, Jan Mlynek of Shelton; many family members in Poland; as well as cousins and extended family here in the United States.

Family and friends may call at the Wakelee Memorial Funeral Home, 167 Wakelee Avenue, Ansonia on Tuesday, September 19, 2023 from 4:00 to 7:00 PM.  A Mass of Christian Burial, Meeting Directly At Church, will be celebrated at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, September 20, 2023 in St. Michael Church, 75 Derby Avenue, Derby.  Interment will follow in St. Michael Cemetery, Derby.
