Dear Ellen, Cara, Patty and Harry - I just found out a few days ago about your mom's death. She was quite a woman, very strong and very spiritual. I can picture her up ,. in heaven reuniting with Sister Rose and enjoying their afternoon breaks and talking up a storm. I was blessed to know your mother deeply when I was doing some college work to be certified as a retreat and spiritual director. I had to interview someone who was willing to share their inner being. Your mother agreed to help me with that and we had some deep, and special sharings. She really "spilled her deepest self with me and helped me with my course. Ellen, one of my favorite memories of your mother and your family is when Sister Ronald and two of us who were novices had dinner at your house behind the fire house. My biggest remembrance was your raccoon. I had never seen a raccoon in someone's house. I wish all of you the love and desire your mother had for the four of you. She wanted you to be happy and I pray that you have found peace, love and happiness. Thank you for asking for donations to our community. S. Jude

Ellen and family I remember many great afternoon and evenings gathered at your patio with family and friends. We had a lot of laughs and memories with your mom and aunt. Ellen, Patty, Irene and Family, Please accept our most heartfelt sympathies for the loss of your mother, sister and grandmother. Lucille was such a warm, gracious, wonderful and fun person. So many memories over the years with Lucille from family birthday parties, Fourth of July picnics, playing card games with her along with chatting with her about her family’s ancestry. We were so blessed that we were able to spend time with her.
