I am so sorry, I worked for Phil for the past 10.5 years and he will be missed, I heard so many stories about his grandchildren and his dogs. Phil would come into work and he was a no nonsense guy,the job had to get done. I respect Phil and miss him. Dominic Rea Maintenance Machinist C. Cowles Co.

My sincere condolences and regrets that I can't be there. Uncle Phil you were my godfather and I never forgot that you always remembered me at Christmas time. I wish more than anything that I could be there to say goodbye. You will always be in my thoughts and memories of growing up and all of our time together as one huge family. I miss those times but I always carry them in my heart where ever I go in my life. From Nanny's yelling to Poppa's kegs. The fighting, the laughing, and the insanity. One more of the Simmons clan is gone. But you will live on in many hearts. Love your niece, Jenny
