Obituary of George J. Hudak, III

HUDAK - George J. Hudak, III of Ansonia, beloved husband of the late Sebastiani Agnes Hudak, died December 4, 2015 at Yale-New Haven Hospital. Born in Bridgeport, he was the son of the late George J. and Margaret Taylor Hudak, Jr. Mr. Hudak was a proud U.S. Marine Corps Veteran of the Korean War and member of the Catholic War Veterans of Derby. He worked as a Custodian for the Black & Decker and Emhart Companies of Shelton for many years until the time of his retirement. Mr. Hudak was a member of Sts. Peter and Paul Church, as well as the Ansonia Senior Center. He is survived by his daughters, Helen (Romeo) Cormier of Canada and Donna (John) Belinski of Seymour; devoted grandson, Richard (Christina) Cormier of Norwalk, cherished great-grandchildren Calli and Drew; as well as several nieces and nephews. In addition to his beloved wife, Mr. Hudak was predeceased by a brother, John Hudak; a sister, Margaret Hudak; and a granddaughter, Angela Penny. Funeral Services will take place on Wednesday, December 9, 2015 at 10:45 AM from the Wakelee Memorial Funeral Home, 167 Wakelee Ave., Ansonia. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated at 11:00 AM in Sts. Peter and Paul Church, 105 Clifton Ave., Ansonia. Interment with Military Honors will follow in Mt. St. Peter Cemetery, Derby.
